1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered on https://affixcenter.com are tailored and customized based on client requirements. As such, once a project has commenced or work has been initiated, cancellations and refunds are generally not applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the project work has started.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@affixcenter.com with your order/project details.
- Once the work has started or any resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will not be entertained
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be considered if there is a proven service delivery failure on our part or if the project has not been started.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- No refunds will be provided for delays caused due to client-side issues such as delayed approvals, incomplete documentation, or lack of communication.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Any digital services already delivered or partially completed work.
- Custom development, design, or consultation work that has commenced.
- Domain registrations, third-party services, or licenses purchased on your behalf.
