Quest Immigration is an overseas education and immigration firm. Affix Center has delivered its hardware, networking and IT consulting, starting with one office in Mumbai on a limited budget and scaling to a secure network across three countries.

What we did

Phase 1: Performance within budget

We recommended good-quality, warranty-backed refurbished branded systems (dual-core, i3 and i5). These lifted telecaller productivity while staying within budget, and were backed by an AMC.

Phase 2: A secure new office

When the company moved to a larger office, we designed the complete IT setup, from internet cabling to server configuration:

• A Cyberoam firewall for security, access control and company-wide policies
• Centralised data storage
• A captive portal to monitor and restrict user activity
• Role-based access by designation
• VPN access so the owner could monitor operations and reach data from anywhere

Phase 3: International expansion

A year later, we replicated the same network in Dubai and Qatar. A VOIP-over-VPN system now links all three offices securely, with Mumbai as the head office.

Result

Quest Immigration grew from a single office with slow systems to a secure, connected network across three countries, without overspending at any stage. Affix Center continues to monitor and support the entire network under an AMC agreement.
